Main Street is a national movement and a local grassroots network of passionately committed community changemakers who embrace the Four-Point Approach developed by Main Street America.  This approach offers a road map for locally owned, locally driven cultural and economic prosperity and undergirds every aspect of our Plan.

Together with dedicated stakeholders, local businesses, and passionate residents, we will harness Main Street's energy and potential to create a more inviting and economically vibrant hub that is a source of pride for all.  From enhancing streetscapes to fostering entrepreneurship, hosting engaging events, and preserving historical landmarks, this plan embodies our collective dedication to Pendleton's growth and prosperity.
